Krista Oestreich

In the early 2000s, Krista completed her diploma in Production Horticulture majoring in Greenhouse Production and later, earning my BASc with a Horticulture concentration. She has a special interest in entomology, greenhouse systems and plant health research. Working in greenhouses and agricultural field settings in Alberta as well as participating in field and laboratory research projects associated with crop health have amplified Krista’s desire to work in an industry based on environmental significance and plant health technologies. We are excited for her to be a part of such an amazing team and look forward to the future of native plants in the Kootenay Region.
