Josh Boychuk is the Health and Safety Manager at Nupqu Resources LP, bringing over five years of experience in occupational health and safety across a variety of high-risk and remote work environments. His background includes managing safety programs for remote gold exploration projects in BC’s Golden Triangle, serving as an on-site safety contractor for pipeline operations, supporting forestry projects, and working on heavy civil construction projects within BC’s coal mining sector.
Since joining Nupqu in March 2024, Josh has focused on strengthening the company’s health and safety program and developing a robust internal training system to ensure operational preparedness, regulatory compliance, and consistent safe work practices across all teams.
Josh also brings specialized expertise in vehicular safety and serves as an internal Canada Safety Council–certified UTV/ATV instructor, supporting safe equipment operation and competency development throughout the organization.
